Even if a low cost electric car reached the market place today, it would still take the existing infrastructure an average of 5 years to change over all their technology to the new one. The proposed fuel standards as far away as 2012 can be reached TODAY. Another French experimenter J-L Naudin retrofitted a lawn mower with the GEET Multi-Fuels Processor. Not only was he able to run it on 75% water and 25% gasoline, he was also able to practically eliminate the pollution.
In the next following french news report a Citroen C15 was converted to use the GEET fuel processor.
This report showed that the Citroen C15'S smoke was reduced by 82% and further that the fuel consumption dropped by 31%!.
The inventor has had his fair share of interference and cannot at this stage continue development of the GEET technology.
It is beleived that certain Utah officials have snared Paul into the dysfunctional Utah judicial system which has placed him, far from public view, in their prison mental institution (Utah State Hospital Forensics Unit). They have no legitimate reason to hold him, but they claim he is incompetent.

Unknown to all farmers and the mining industry, is that there is technology similar to the GEET that was created exclusively from OPEN source collaboration on the GEET technology.This system is called the "SPAD" and originates from a French company.
Above is a tractor fitted with the SPAD system saving 20% fuel and reducing emissions. With The right tunning, 30% to 60% better fuel economy is possible by using this technology. Emissions can bhe reduced by almost as much.
Government's must be presented with this technology in order to push for City council's, businesse's, cars, machinery etc to meet the emission standards possible from the implimentation of the GEET technology. Despite the GEET/SPAD technology being a working and available device, this scientific find has no faculty recognition and the inventor is further unable to get all of the mainstream media and support to present these findings.
