This earthquake list covers important earthquakes in the world.
If a more detailed page is present, the earthquake line will be linked to the detailed page.
For your comfort, we will provide in most cases Google Satellite Map links to give you an idea where the earthquake struck, which terrain it happened and if villages or cities are located in the immediate vicinity. The reference for the time zone is UTC (Coordinated Universal Time, also called GMT)
The page is regularly updated to add new earthquakes.
green color = NOT dangerous for damage or injuries

Americas Deadly tornadoes of May 2011

May 21 – 23

EF0EF1EF2EF3EF4EF5
430110
On May 21, a small system of thunderstorms began to develop in Brown County, Kansas. At the same time, another system formed to the southeast of Emporia, Kansas. The Brown county system developed into a tornado over Shawnee County, Kansas and touched down over Topeka, Kansas for several seconds causing minor damage nearby. Meanwhile the Emporia system continued to move to the northeast, where an EF3 tornado heavily damaged the town of Reading, Kansas. One person was killed there, several others were injured and at least 20 houses were destroyed.[57] After hitting Topeka it hit several towns including Oskaloosa, Kansas, doing extensive damage to that community. Several other tornadoes touched down in the region that evening.[58]
A moderate risk of severe weather was issued for much of the Midwest south to Oklahoma for May 22. The first tornadic supercell that day developed in the mid-afternoon hours over the western Twin Cities with a swath of damage, especially in and around Minneapolis, Minnesota.[59] An intense tornado also tracked towards Harmony, Minnesota that afternoon and a tornado emergency was issued. Late that afternoon, at about 5:15 pm CDT (2215 UTC), a very large and intense multiple-vortex tornado resulted in catastrophic damage in Joplin, Missouri. Many houses and businesses were flattened and some even were blown away in Joplin, the main hospital was heavily damaged and many people were reported to have been trapped in destroyed houses. The Weather Channel video showed entire communities flattened. Early reports suggest there were at least 116 fatalities.[60]

Tuko Tokey Tokay Pitbull Gecko for sale in Davao PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEM!

Some Idiot from China is spreading mischief in the Philippines that Each Tuko is worth a fortune because it can cure Cancer and Aids if you eat this poor creature!

Now it is like a craze!... every Boy in the country is looking for these poor Lizards to catch them and sell them to anybody who wants to buy it.

A small one like this can fetch for about P1,000.00 in the street.

OK, I am really amazed how many are still IGNORANT!.

If they dont stop this nonsense... there will be an Ecological Catastrophe coming soon.

Although not endangered itself... it controls the balance from the proliferation of pests. They eat cockroaches and mosquitoes and flies.

I have a funny eirrie feeling that the enemies of the planet are behind this spreading of mischief to the environment.

I told these boys I am not buying it.

STOP BUYING THESE CREATURES! PLEASE!

If you want a cure for Aids, Cancer, Dengue, Malaria or justabout anything likea common cold or flu , Try the following:

1. MMS
3. Colloidal Silver

And they cost pennies compared to buying an exotic reptile.

Pilipinas - WAKE UP!

From Ignorance Please!

Huwag Maging Tanga sa sariling Bayan. Maawa na kayo sa Kalikasan.

Masyado na nating sinisira ito.

Wag Padala sa mga kalokohan ng mga mayayamang Kalaban ng Kalikasan!

NOTE:

This is no JOKE!

Video of comittee hearing regarding Aboitiz Coal Power Plant for Davao

Here's a video clip of the Davao City Comittee Hearing about the Coal Fired Power Plant proposal of the Aboitiz Group held just last week.

The Aboitiz group says... they are taking a Huge Financial / Investment Risk in putting up this plant... Really?!... Unbelievable.

Who are taking the biggest risks here? Those who have their money placed on their bets here? Or those who are actually living here?  We were not born yesterday.

Davao is running on Hydro-Electric... and Diesel.... the untapped resource is Geothermal which is plenty from Mount Apo.

It is also the home for the most endangered Eagle in the world... the Philippine Eagle... symbol of the planets health.... Mass Bird deaths have been happening all over the world recently... Let's not allow this to happen here.

Is it really Coal or Nothing?  Why are they shoving this up to our throats?...(Literally Speaking) Who are the Greedy Corporate Suites behind this move?

They also say Clean Coal Technology (Big BS), There is no such thing. The only way to make a Zero Emission Coal Fire is to adopt HHO in it's burning.... but this is still a long way to go.

Where are the AES group?... Where are the Geothermal Group Proposals?... Something is so not right.

How on Earth can they come up to a conclussion when all the other options are not explored or discussed?

Please Wake up People and Help Stop Coal Fire Power Plant from materializing in Davao or Mindanao...

Let your voice be heard.
